We are excited about the prospect of having a lovely new entrance!
Our first project is to remove the decaying signage that marks the Park Blvd/Woodburn Corners entrance to our neighborhood.
The current vision to improve the entrance at Woodburn Corners and Park Blvd. is to demolish the tired old signs and landscape and replace them with new landscaping and signage.
We are currently working with the City of Plano to determine scope, costs, and potential City funding. We have a proposed sign design and landscape plan:
Help your neighborhood, improve your property value – a win-win!
Removing the aged entry signage will greatly improve the overall appeal of our neighborhood. This will in turn improve the value of all of our property.
If this project succeeds, all of us will benefit. For this project to succeed, all of us need to contribute.
Your help is essential to our success!
We are asking all of our neighbors to come together and participate in whatever ways they are able. This could be lending your skills, your talents, your knowledge, your connections, or your capital. We will have need of all of these.
Be a part of the solution!
